Who we are
This website, armadareserve.com, is operated by Armada Global Group (“Armada”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect through the site, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. If you have any questions, contact us at privacy@armadaglobalgroup.com.
What we collect
The site collects very little. If you fill in our inquiry form we collect your business name, where you are based, your name, your work email, and anything you choose to write in the optional boxes. We also receive standard technical information that any web server records, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which our hosting provider keeps in its logs. We store a one-way hash of the address an inquiry was sent from, so we can spot abuse without keeping the address itself.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
- To answer an inquiry you sent us, and to work out whether we can do business together.
- To keep the site secure and working, which is in our legitimate interest as its operator.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us as a financial services business.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to host the site and store enquiries. They process data only on our instructions. We may also share data where the law requires it. We do not share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted after twelve months, or sooner if you ask. If you become a client, your details move into our client records and are kept under the rules that apply to those. We also still hold email addresses submitted to the early access form this site used to run; those are deleted on request, and otherwise eighteen months after they were given. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider and then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these, email privacy@armadaglobalgroup.com.
If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
The site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies needed to serve the site.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change and update the date at the top when we do.
